Kim is an accomplished life science and in vitro diagnostics sales and marketing professional. Following a 25-year career including executive roles at the world’s biggest IVD companies, Kim co-founded NaviDx in 2015. NaviDx is a strategic consulting firm committed to bridging the gap between IVD manufacturers and their laboratory customers to support the development of improved products that contribute to improved patient care.

MICHAEL REED, PhD
Mike is an accomplished executive R&D leader and entrepreneur in the life science and diagnostics industries. Following a 20-year career that culminated as the Chief Science Officer for OraSure Technologies, Mike worked for RADx, the diagnostics arm of the US Government’s Operation Warp Speed COVID response and is a Managing Partner at NaviDx, a strategic consulting and specialty sales & distribution firm for the life science and diagnostics industries.

JAMES KNIGHT
With 21 Years experience in high performance cut sew global manufacturing at market leading companies James is experienced in the challenges and opportunities that come with near-shoring manufacturing. Most recently he was head of a multi phase global ERP implementation for manufacturing and supply chain. In 2020 James founded a successful Luxury Yacht Charter business in NYC/CT.
